Ridge Zeller Therapy Directors

JoAnn Ridge, M.S., CCC-SLP, Co-Director, Ridge Zeller Therapy

JoAnn Ridge, M.S., CCC-SLP, is a proud ASU Sun Devil having received both her bachelor and master degrees in communication disorders from Arizona State University. Along with continuing to work in the field, JoAnn mentors both new and experienced SLPs and SLPAs on our staff and enjoys watching them learn and grow as clinicians. Her hobbies include working out, reading, crafting, and binge watching programs, not necessarily in that order. 

Meghan Zeller, M.S., CCC-SLP, Co-Director, Ridge Zeller Therapy

Meghan Zeller, M.S., CCC-SLP, has provided speech-language therapy in metropolitan Phoenix schools, homes, rehabilitation facilities, and hospital settings since 2001. Meghan received her master's degree from Southern Connecticut University in 2001 and her undergraduate degree from University of Massachusetts, Amherst. Meghan's sons, John and Jackson, keep Meghan and her husband, Mark, very busy. Meghan enjoys traveling, yoga, socializing with friends, and watching HGTV.

Hilary Parker, CPA, M.Ed.Business Manager, has a bachelor’s degree in accounting and a master’s degree in education. She passed the CPA exam in 1990 and worked in both public and governmental accounting for twelve years, including serving as Director of Finance and Treasurer for the City of Farmington, New Mexico. During her career, she also taught accounting courses at the community college level, as well as junior high mathematics courses. She adores spending time with her husband and two teenage daughters and she loves Jazzercise! Hilary has worked at Ridge Zeller Therapy since its inception in 2008. “I love working with the incredible therapists and staff, as well as the wonderful clients at Ridge Zeller Therapy. That is why I enjoy my job!”


Heather Holston, Therapy Coordinator, moved to Arizona from New England in 2013 because her family “loves sunshine more than snow!” While attending college, Heather worked with special needs adults, which led to a lifelong love of working with the special needs community. Heather opened and operated a home daycare for 10 years and then became a special education paraprofessional in the elementary school setting. She loves spending time with her beautiful family, reading at the beach, being a Jazzercise instructor, and exploring Arizona.

Marin Ridge, Administrative Assistant 

Marin Ridge is Ridge Zeller Therapy’s Administrative Assistant.  In other words, she is our “Jack of All Trades” whom we cannot live without!  Marin is currently attending Arizona State University for Exercise and Wellness (Fitness and Wellness Specialist).  Marin is an all-around athlete and was highly accomplished in basketball, badminton, softball, and track in high school.  She has also played piano since the age of four.  Marin is proud to be a triplet!

RZT Therapy Providers


Jana Barrett, M.S., CCC-SLP, provides speech and language therapy in school based and clinic based settings to clients with a wide range of communication impairments including autism, specific learning disabilities, intellectual impairments, stuttering, traumatic brain injury, articulation impairments, and those who use augmentative and alternative communication. Jana’s passion is augmentative and alternative communication (AAC). Currently, she is the AAC specialist for Ridge Zeller Therapy. Her goal is to provide an accessible AAC program to each individual through awareness, staff and family trainings, technology support, and evidence-based practice.

Lisa Bonchonsky, M.A., CCC-SLP has worked with children of all ages for the past 27 years, and she particularly enjoys assessing students and supervising other speech-language professionals. Originally from Winnipeg, Canada, Lisa earned a Master of Arts degree in Speech Pathology from SUNY, Plattsburgh. Lisa loves to travel, especially to beaches, and she delights in watching her daughter play soccer.  She’s also a workout enthusiast.  Lisa is married and has two daughters and a dog named Ozzy.

Sarah Britto, M.S., CCC-SLP joined our team after completing the RZT speech pathology externship program. Her clinical experiences include working with culturally and linguistically diverse high school students with a variety of disabilities. She completed her graduate studies at Minot State in North Dakota in 2009. Sarah continues to grow as a professional, enjoys working with individuals who stutter, and is a mentor to new SLPs and SLPAs. Originally from Manitoba, Canada, Sarah has settled quite nicely into desert living and enjoy the Arizona sun.


Angela Bryant, M,A. Ed, School Psychologist, received her degree from Ottawa University. She earned her Bachelor of Science degree from the University of Utah in Psychology 1985. Angela is excited to be doing what she loves best:  Working with children, families, and schools to help students become successful learners. She has two adult children, Caitlin and Alex, and has proudly been married to her husband for 30 years. She is originally from Georgia and enjoys going to movies and spending time with family and friends.

Sarah Callow M.A., CCC-SLP graduated from Wichita State University and joined our team after completing her externship with Ridge Zeller Therapy. Sarah enjoys Arizona's scenery, hiking, and our southwestern culture. Most of all, she loves trying all the great cuisine around the valley.


Kristina DiCarlo, B.S., SLPA  graduated from Northern Arizona University in 2016.  She has worked with students of all ages as well as adults, and she loves interacting with people.  Her hobbies include painting, hiking and cooking, and she is also an animal lover.  She adores her three dogs- Max, Charlie and Luna whom she says are her babies!  We are delighted to welcome Kristina to the RZT team!

Nicole Erickson, SLPA, Ridge Zeller Therapy Nicole Erickson, SLPA graduated May 2012 from ASU with a bachelor’s degree in speech and hearing sciences. Since graduating, Nicole has worked as a speech-language pathology assistant in Oregon, Washington State and Arizona. She loves to hike, read fabulous books, and cook delicious vegetarian food. She is proud to have hiked Machu Picchu right after graduation. Nicole lives with her sweet pup, Lola, who adores their hiking adventures.


Mirvat Farah, B.S., SLPA was born in Chicago, but raised in Tempe, Arizona.  She graduated from Arizona State University with a self-proclaimed “passion” for speech therapy. Mirvat has experience providing Applied Behavior Analysis therapy for children with Autism, and her goal is to become a Speech-Language Pathologist. Mirvat says, “Ridge Zeller re-opened the doors for me to get back into the speech therapy world!” She describes herself as a “total foodie” who loves trying new local restaurants and says she is “at her best” when utilizing her organizational and creative skills. In addition to travel, Mirvat enjoys art and comedy shows, as well as festivals.

 Camille Frazier, Certified Occupational Therapy Assistant

Camille Frazer, COTA is a Certified Occupational Therapy Assistant who graduated from Arizona State University in 2014. She specializes in pediatric home health and sensory integration. In her spare time, Camille loves to travel, and she is fond of bike riding and swimming. Camille is proud to be a twin!

 Erin Gant, Ridge Zeller Therapy

Erin Gant, B.A., SLPA graduated from ASU with a major in Sociology and a minor in Spanish in 2002. In December 2015, after completing a speech-language internship with students, she graduated with her SLPA certification from Estrella Mountain Community College. Since then, she has worked with students with Autistic Spectrum Disorder providing academic and social support. Erin looks forward to bringing her experience with this community to increase communication proficiencies with all of her students. She is a devoted wife and mother of three incredible children, and she cherishes her family time. She loves to run and workout, and she adores curling up with a good read during any free time that comes her way.

Vicki Heard, Ridge Zeller Therapy Vicki Heard is a special education teacher and consultant for Ridge Zeller Therapy. She has a rich and diverse background serving students of all ages and abilities. She has a bachelor’s degree in special education from Arizona State University and two master’s degrees: a Master of Education from Northern Arizona University in Curriculum, and a Master of Education from Arizona State University in Education Leadership. Most recently in her extensive career, Vicki was the Director of Exceptional Student Services at Phoenix Union High School District. Vicki loves to jog and travel, and she is proud to be an Arizona native!

Michelle Kvamme, M.S., OTR/L earned her master’s degree in occupational therapy from A.T. Still University School of Health Science and her bachelor's degree from Towson University in Towson, Maryland, majoring in Elementary Education. Prior to becoming an occupational therapist, Michelle worked as a 4-6th grade teacher in the Paradise Valley Unified School District in Scottsdale, Arizona. In her spare time, Michelle loves spending time with her husband and children. Her hobbies include hiking, swimming and volunteering at her children's school.


Lora Ledford, M.S., Ed, M.S., CCC-SLP recently received her second master’s degree from Northern Arizona University after working with children in the school setting for more than 10 years. She began her career as a Special Education Resource Teacher in 2002 before transitioning into the world of Speech-Language Pathology as a Speech-Language Technician in 2005. Lora was born and raised in Niagra Falls, New York and has lived in the Phoenix area since 2003. She says she is "excited to be a part of the Ridge Zeller Therapy team this year." In her free time, Lora enjoys spending as much time as possible with her growing family.

Eileen Leuthe, Ph.D., Clinical Psychologist:  

Dr. Eileen Leuthe is a Licensed Clinical Psychologist with extensive experience diagnosing and treating children with autism spectrum disorder.  Before joining Ridge Zeller Therapy, she worked at the Children’s Hospital of Colorado. As a psychologist with the Neurodevelopmental-Behavioral Pediatrics Child Development Unit, Dr. Leuthe worked with hundreds of individuals with developmental disabilities and autism spectrum disorder. She received her doctoral degree from Arizona State University in 2008 after completing an internship at the Mailman Center for Child Development at the University of Miami Miller School of Medicine. She completed a two year post-doctoral fellowship at the JFK Partners’ Autism and Developmental Disabilities Clinic at the University of Colorado. Dr. Leuthe joined Ridge Zeller Therapy after relocating to Phoenix with her husband and son. In her spare time she enjoys hiking, cooking, and outings around Phoenix with her family.

Kate Matley M.S., CCC-SLP moved to Phoenix shortly after receiving her Master's degree from Brigham Young University in 2009. She has worked in a variety of settings such as home health, schools, and rehabilitation facilities. Kate is passionate about providing caregivers with the tools and education they need to implement an effective home program. Kate enjoys reading, crossword puzzles, yoga, camping, and rock climbing.


Nadia Miller, M.S., CCC-SLP earned her master’s degree from Northeastern University. She has enjoyed working with both children and adults in medical, clinical, and school settings. In her spare time, Nadia loves spending time with her daughters and husband. Her hobbies include hiking, running, tennis, and anything that allows her to be outdoors!

Lauren Milovich, Ridge Zeller Therapy Lauren Milovich, SLPA is a proud Arizona Wildcat and an enthusiastic SLPA! She graduated from the University of Arizona with a Bachelor of Science in speech, language and hearing sciences in 2015. She then completed her clinical hours at the University of Arizona’s Children’s Clinic. She loves to run, hike and camp, and she adores reading psychological thrillers! Lauren watches Friends reruns, and she confesses “I can pretty much quote the entire show”. What a great hobby!
Jeanine Nesvik, M.S., CCC-SLP received her masters degree from Northern Arizona University. In addition, she has a bachelor degree in both communication sciences and psychology. Jeanine is originally from Casper, Wyoming, and in her spare time, Jeanine trains and fosters rescue dogs. 
Jenny Parsons, COTA has 37 years’ experience as a Certified Occupational Therapist/Licensed. She moved from Milwaukee, Wisconsin to Arizona in 1983. Her Career experiences include school-based, mental health, hospital, geriatric, and clinic settings. Jenny and her husband Dale have two awesome sons, Alex and Ben. She enjoys bike riding, swimming, cooking, weaving, movies and hanging out with family and friends.


Marline Pena, M.Ed., School Psychologist received her degree from Ottawa University and has been working as a bilingual school psychologist for four years. In addition, Marline was a Developmental Specialist for over seven years, working with children ages birth to three. Although she was born in New York, she was raised in the Dominican Republic, instilling a love of the beach and tropical weather. Marline also enjoys music, singing, dancing, movies, and going for walks with her son and their dog.
Cassandra Perry, B.S., SLPA is a former gymnast from North Carolina who has a passion for inspiring children to reach their fullest potential. Her first job working with children was coaching gymnastics at age 18. Casie started her master degree in speech-language pathology this summer in the Northern Arizona University summer program, and we couldn't be prouder of her. In her spare time, Casie enjoys cooking, painting, and doing anything outdoors. 

Katherine Perry, M.S., CF-SLP joins us for her Clinical Fellowship after graduating from Arizona State University in May 2017 with a master's degree in speech-language pathology. Originally from Colorado, Katherine enjoys skiing, camping, hiking, reading and “brunching.” A fun fact about Katherine: “Growing up, I competed on my neighborhood swim team every summer. When I was nine-years-old, I beat Olympic Gold Medalist Missy Franklin.” Way to go, Katherine!


Sheila Basler Powell, B.S. OTR/L has 28 years' experience as a registered and licensed Occupational Therapist, working both in schools and behavioral health settings. The first half of her career was spent developing programs and supervising other therapists and COTA's. She is now enjoying working part time in the school setting with a diverse caseload of special needs students. She enjoys spending time with family, traveling, music, and reading.

Ainsley Price, M.Ed., CF-SLP received her Master of Science degree from the University of Georgia in May 2017 and is excited to start her Clinical Fellowship with Ridge Zeller Therapy. Having recently relocated, Ainsley enjoys exploring the Valley of the Sun as she adjusts to our amazing weather. Welcome, Ainsley! We're so glad to have you on our team!

Shani Reeves, B.S., SLPA, Graduate Student Intern will be graduating with her Master of Science degree from University of Wisconsin Eau Claire in May 2019.  During the summer of 2017, Shani was a graduate intern at the Ridge Zeller Therapy clinic. Shani loves to camp, do crafts and be with family.  Shani and her husband, Brian, are delighted that their first baby is on the way.  

Colleen Reinboldt, OTR/L graduated from Mount Mary College in 1986 and has been working in the public-school system for the past 27 years.  Colleen loves to hike, make jewelry, read historical fiction and bargain hunt. She is married and has two sons and a daughter-in-law. 

Erin Robertson, SLPA, Ridge Zeller Therapy Erin Robertson, SLPA found her passion for speech therapy while working in a child-life program at a pediatric hospital. She graduated with a double major from ASU in May 2016 with degrees in Speech and Hearing Sciences, and Family and Human Development. She loves to dance, hike and shop, and she does whatever she can to spoil huge chocolate Labrador Toby and her very fat cat Scotty. Erin teamed up to develop our very successful Forget the Beach! Go To Speech! summer program. Erin is our Instagram manager. Check it out!


Kristi Savage, M.S., CCC-SLP earned her master's degree from Minot State University. After relocating to warmer weather, she has worked in the education, medical and in-home settings. Kristi has experience treating a variety of disorders including apraxia, articulation, feeding, receptive and expressive language, and cognitive deficits, and she is a Hanen certified instructor for the It Takes Two to Talk parent program. Kristi enjoys being outdoors, "doing crafty projects around the house", and traveling to cooler weather in the summer! In addition, Kristi helped develop our Forget the Beach! Go To Speech summer program for 2017. Thanks, Kristi!


Amanda Segura, B.S., SLPA became a speech-language pathology assistant after teaching kindergarten through fourth grade for 15 years. She and her husband, David, have three beautiful children, Noah, Isabella, and Jonah. She enjoys traveling, scrapbooking, cake decorating, and spending time with her family. Amanda's goal is to become a speech-language pathologist.

Abi Seiger, M.S., CCC-SLP graduated from NAU in 2015 with a Master of Science in Speech-Language Pathology and will complete her clinical fellowship with RZT spring semester 2016.  She has been working as an SLPA for 5 years since graduating from ASU in 2010 while completing her summers-only graduate program at NAU.  Abi’s education adventure began in New York City at the Fashion Institute of Technology, but she soon realized that speech-language therapy was her passion.  She loves knitting, crocheting and many crafts as well as swimming and yoga. If you can’t find Abi crafting or exercising, she might be pursuing her other delight, experimenting with a new recipe in the kitchen.
Courtney Sistak, M.S., CCC-SLP has enjoyed working with children of all ages and abilities for over 15 years. She graduated with her Bachelor's and Master's degrees from Arizona State University. Needless to say, she is a big Sun Devils fan! In her spare time, Courtney enjoys cooking, music, being outdoors, and spending time with her husband and two daughters. She is also a proud Girl Scouts leader, where she enjoys helping girls to provide service to their community and become the leaders of tomorrow.

Dana Smith, B.S., SLPA is originally from Michigan where she received her first bachelor's degree in psychology from Western Michigan University. She moved to Phoenix with her husband to leave the cold and snow behind, and she hasn't missed the winter one bit! Dana graduated with her second bachelor's degree in communication disorders from Utah State University, and will be finishing her master's program in speech-language pathology at California State - Northridge in May 2018. In her (very little) spare time, she enjoys swimming, baking, reading, and spending time with her two daughters. 


Lauren Srock, B.A., SLPA graduated from NAU in 2006 with a bachelor’s degree in English. She has worked with school-age children with special needs for the past six years. Prior to this, Lauren taught English in Japan, and it was there she realized she wanted to work in speech-language pathology. Lauren enjoys reading, traveling, hanging out with her two dogs, and searching for the perfect cup of coffee.


Sarah Jordan Strong, M.S., CCC-SLP works with both adults and children in the East Valley. She completed her undergraduate education at Portland State University in Oregon and her graduate degree at Arizona State University. Her primary areas of professional interest are dysphasia and neurogenic communication disorders, but she enjoys the opportunity to work with a variety of clients. In her spare time, she enjoys reading a good book, hiking, and cooking.

 Karla Tucker, SLPA

Karla Tucker, B.S., SLPA received her second bachelor’s degree in communication disorders from Utah State University in 2016. She also received a TESOL certificate (Teaching English to Speakers of Other Languages) from Oxford TEFL in Prague, Czech Republic in 2013, as well as a bachelor’s degree in advertising and public relations in 2004 from Michigan State University. Karla loves studying languages, and she taught abroad for three years in Japan and South Korea. She enjoys walking daily for exercise and doing Latin ballroom dancing. Just out of college in 2004, Karla had the exciting opportunity to intern with a major league baseball team which she says was “fun but exhausting!” We are thrilled to have Karla on our team!

Tracy Tully, M.S., CF-SLP joins Ridge Zeller Therapy for her Clinical Fellowship after earning a Master of Science degree in Communication Disorders in May 2017. Tracy loves cooking, hiking, mountain biking, camping and traveling with her husband Travis. Although she was born in New York, she has lived in West Virginia, Washington State, and Arizona. Glad to have you join our team, Tracy!

Sarah VanMaanan, B.S., Graduate Student Intern will be participating in the Ridge Zeller Therapy internship program beginning in January 2018.  Sarah is working on her master's degree in speech-language pathology from the University of Northern Iowa.  Sarah is looking forward to getting away from the Iowa winters and spending time with her family members who live in Arizona.  Her hobbies include running, hiking, baking, reading, and travel. We're looking forward to having you join us. Time will fly, and we'll see you soon!


Candice Warner, B.S., SLPA began working for Ridge Zeller Therapy after completing her SLPA clinic hours with us. Her goal is to begin graduate school within the next two years, but isn’t sure what her specialty will be as she is interested in all aspects of the profession. Candice says, “I love working with kids! I have always worked with kids, and I plan to continue working with kids throughout my life.” Her hobbies include running, reading, and hanging out with friends and family.  We are excited Candice started her master's program in speech-language pathology this summer at Northern Arizona University.


Noelle White, B.S., OTR/L has 22 years' experience as a registered and licensed occupational therapist, working in both school and behavioral health settings. She loves her job as an OT, focusing on skill building, empowering students, and enabling independence in the school setting. In addition, she has developed workshops for educators and professionals about sensory and fine motor development. Noelle enjoys spending time with her husband and two children, reading, traveling and volunteering as a parent contact for other parents of children with special needs.

Logann Wiemers, B.S., M.Ed, SLPA was born and raised in Arizona. Not only is Logann an SLPA, she also has a master's degree in special education from Arizona State University. Logann is a huge movie buff, and she loves traveling (anywhere with a beach is her favorite), hiking, and coaching numerous Special Olympics sports team for the City of Chandler. 


Alyson Woodbury, M.S., CCC-SLP graduated in May 2012 from Arizona State University with a Master of Science in Communication Disorders. She has worked with both children and adults with a variety of disabilities. Alyson is a wife and a mother to four little girls. She enjoys Irish step dancing and spending every free moment with her family.
